The system works as follows:

• We do an in-depth study of where you are now.
• We develop a vision for where you want to go.
• We prepare a bridge between the two in the form of an Action Plan of specific strategies that you will implement throughout the year.
• We help you enhance your business skills in every area that impacts your business, and we help you improve your personal effectiveness for a complete and holistic approach.
• We meet on a weekly basis to constantly implement and adjust the strategies until the system becomes the routine. This constant, regular process ensures the system will work!

I'm going to teach you how to increase your shops profits by at least 69%, and then I'm going to show you how to have your team run it for you so that you can get some of your time back for yourself and your family.

Business coaching sessions in the Phoenix area can be conducted either at my office, or by a combination of telephone, fax, email, and Internet connection. Business coaching for other geographic areas is conducted using a combination of telephone, fax, email, and Online. Each weekly session lasts between 45 and 90 minutes.
